These classes will guide you through modifications as your body changes through your motherhood seasons. Ideal for mamas who have been active prior and wanting to continue training safely during pregnancy. They offer guidance on how to adapt your current workouts to meet your mama needs, gradually supporting you in returning to lifting and higher impact exercises postnatally following our foundations class (Dynamic Mat). Equally beneficial to more seasoned mamas wanting a more tailored and structured program, no matter how long ago you had your baby. Nanny available on pre-booking
