Ideal for new mums, mums-to-be, and mums with little ones, who find it hard to get to a class alone. Tailored for each mama wherever you are in your motherhood era. Workouts are adaptable and altered to accomodate your changing body from trimester one through to after your little one arrives. Keep your little one safely on a mat, bouncer or in a capsule, next to your reformer during your workout. Alternatively we offer an add on childminding service to look at after your mini whilst you focus on getting strong!

Cancellation Policy
At Prime Therapy, our class sizes are small and can fill quickly. Late cancellations or no-shows often cannot be filled, meaning members may miss out on a class. At the same time, we understand that mum life is unpredictable and sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise. That's why, in the interest of being fair and consistent, the below cancelation policy ("Cancelation Policy") will apply without exception. Trainers and classes may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel classes at any time if we deem this is necessary (for example, due the instructor being unable to attend), in which case we will make a reasonable attempt to to notify you of the cancellation. When a class has been cancelled by us, this will not result in you losing any classes you have paid for. If for any reason you are unable to attend your class, you must cancek your booking through your account as soon as possible and in accordance with the below time frames: For group classes, you are required to cancel your booking at least 9 hours before the scheduled class start time: and For private classes, you are required to cancel your booking 24 hours before the scheduled class time. A failure to attend your class or cancel your booking in accordance with the above timeframes will result in you loosing your class and will not be entitled to a refund or make up. Cancelled classes in accordance with the above timeframes can be made up during any part of the current term subject to availability, however, make up classes cannot be carried over into a new term.
